Changing the "poverty mindset" of our youth by providing experiences, education and coaching to youth in underserved communities that prepares them for a productive and financially independent life.

We feel it is important for each individual to take control and set the direction of their life and future.  At times, it may be unclear what may be possible or even imagined.  For this reason, we provide tools and resources that allow youth to gain skills and have experiences that allow them to make educated decisions about the steps they want to take in their life.  These growth opportunities create a platform that allows them to visualize and then take steps towards a future that was previously unknown or thought to be impossible.

In addition to 1:1 and group activities, we also partner with other local companies and non-profit organizations who provide projects, internships and career opportunities for those that are ready to take that step in their life.
